There’s no doubt that this is a difficult time for everyone, but as an optimist, I’ve been motived and encouraged by the way our team around the world has responded.  Our team has been working tirelessly to ensure the well-being of our employees, the continuity of our business, and the safety of all our customers and partners.

Supporting our Employees

The health and safety of our employees has been a constant focus over the past several weeks. To support our employees and to help flatten the curve we’ve gone fully remote, restricted virtually all travel, and retooled in-person events as online experiences. We continue to review published guidance and disseminate that information to ensure we protect our employees and the community.

Serving our Customers and Partners

Our partners and customers are also an incredibly important part of our community, and we’re committed to helping support them where and when possible.

We are closely monitoring guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Health Service (NHS), as well as regional guidance, to ensure that we are in the best position to help our customers and partners to be productive and collaborative during this challenging situation.

As a software company, a lot of our work was, and still is, conducted online. As part of our commitment to customer success and our employee’s wellbeing, we have a set of operating principles that ensures there is minimal disruption during a crisis like this one.

I’d like to ensure you that we remain fully operational and have measures in place which includes:

  1. Documented business continuity plans which we continue to test and update
  2. Adjusting policies and operations as necessary to adapt to the dynamic environment
  3. Providing product support as usual through our online portal and remote workforce
  4. Using tools to make collaboration as seamless as possible
  5. An internal COVID-19 taskforce to facilitate open communication across all our teams, partners and customers
