Request a Customer or Partner Account

If you are an Active Navigation customer or partner you are entitled to an account to enable you to access our community resources. Those resources include:

• Support pages and frequently-asked questions including documentation and related downloads.
• Release software information including software downloads.
• An active blog providing the latest updates on our product plans, development, concepts and ideas.
• A growing range of useful material to help you address information governance challenges in your organisation.

To request an account, select the 'create account' link on the left.  Enter your details in the form and you will be granted a guest account with access to limited community facilities.  Our administrator will then validate your membership and if you match our customer or partner records your account will be upgraded appropriately and you will be notified of that change.
